i. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology;

ii. Registration with Allied Health professionals Council;

iii. A valid practicing license.

1. Perform laboratory tests including pre- and post-analytic phases

2. Prepare samples/specimens

3. Produce accurate and reliable data and interpret results

4. Follow methodologies in carrying routine tasks

5. Adhere to correct procedures, policies and health/safety guidelines

6. Keep abreast of all industry developments and best practices

7. Document all activities, record results and insert/retrieve data

8. Maintain work area and equipment

9. Provide administrative assistance

10. Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
