Kampala Hospital Limited is looking for talented and self-oriented candidates to join as Cashier/Biller. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of OPD and IPD billing for cash/credit (corporate) and insurance clients.
Qualifications
Degree or diploma in a business-related course.
At least 1 year of working experience (added advantage).

Ensure accurate and timely billing, including interim bills, invoicing, and insurance claim forms.
Cash Handling:

Manage patient registration and pre-authorizations for insurance patients.
Customer Service:
Resolve complaints, answer queries, and provide information on procedures or policies.
Reporting and Liaison:
Prepare shift reports, liaise with healthcare staff, and address unpaid bills.
