Description
We are urgently looking for a Civil Supervisor.
1. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage civil construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget.
2. Ensure the the required quality standards are followed while adhering to safety regulations.
3. Be responsible for coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and act as a key point of contact between the project management team and the field.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is often required.
Experience: Proven experience in civil construction and project management.
Knowledge: Thorough understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations.
Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate teams.
Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction software and project management tools.
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Team Leadership: Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and other personnel on site.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets project specifications, design standards, and quality control requirements.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe work environment.
Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved in the project, including subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and safety inspections.
