• Analyse claims and prepare appropriate response in line with with policies, procedures and standards.
• Follow standard procedure to assess and finalise claims in line with M&F standards - Update log , Update broker, Finalise on BPM and financial system
• Keep broker informed at all times in terms of progress of claim
• Build positive customer relations and solve or escalate customer queries and complaints
• Gather feedback on customer satisfaction and provide reporting and analysis.
• Continuously strive to enhance and improve the claims processes.
• Identify and report on claims process issues.
