Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any other relevant field.
Experience Required
- At least 4 years’ experience in a service-driven environment.
- At least 3 years’ experience managing branches/stores and supervising teams.
- Strong knowledge of sales and retail industry trends, retail operations, and service best practices.
Responsibilities
- Drive and ensure effective implementation of customer experience plans.
- Conduct and lead daily team debrief sessions.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Manage the assigned store/branch operations efficiently.
- Ensure customer complaints and service requests are handled promptly.
- Assist SCOMs in the implementation of PPPs.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports.
- Manage manpower resources within the store/cluster in coordination with the SCOM.
