Academic Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or any other relevant field.

Experience Required

  • At least 4 years’ experience in a service-driven environment.
  • At least 3 years’ experience managing branches/stores and supervising teams.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and retail industry trends, retail operations, and service best practices.


Responsibilities
  • Drive and ensure effective implementation of customer experience plans.
  • Conduct and lead daily team debrief sessions.
  • Ensure achievement of sales targets and improvement of Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Manage the assigned store/branch operations efficiently.
  • Ensure customer complaints and service requests are handled promptly.
  • Assist SCOMs in the implementation of PPPs.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational reports.
  • Manage manpower resources within the store/cluster in coordination with the SCOM.
