Dean of Students

Must have a Master's degree in either Counselling, Psychology, Sociology,
Education, Human Resource Management, or a related field from
recognized institution of higher learning.

2. An Honours Bachelor's Degree from a recognized Institution.

3. Should have at least ten (10) years working experience in a reputable
institution of higher learning, five (5) of which should have been at senior
management level.

4. Past experience of at least four (4) years working with Students in a University
or similar Institution will be an added advantage.

5. Should have high integrity with excellent communication, leadership anp
people skills.

6. Should be a mature person with the ability to understand student behavioral
patterns, group dynamics and inspire disciplined behavior.

7. Should have high emotional intelligence and the ability to critically analyze
divergent student issues, problems, act proactively and concretize or establish
appropriate solutions.
