Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
The applicant for the role should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
At least 5 years work experience in discipleship, counseling, family life programs, or spiritual formation.
Training in in Biblical or discipleship is essential.
Qualification in Theology is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- 1. Oversee the development of the structured discipleship programmes.
- 2. Coordinate the implementation of discipleship programmes to foster spiritual formation.
3. Design interventions in consultation with leadership to address spiritual and behavioral gaps among the mothers.
4. Coordinate with the Campus Pastor to integrate Neighbourhood discipleship interventions.
