Discipleship and Family Life Worker

The applicant for the role should have a minimum of a Degree in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Training in Bible studies, discipleship, or spiritual formation is an added advantage.

At least 5 years' experience in discipleship, counselling support, family life, or community-based programmes

1. Implement structured discipleship sessions using the approved curriculum.

2. Lead Bible studies, life skills sessions, mentorship, and small group activities to support spiritual growth.

3. Identify spiritual gaps and guide mothers in personal spiritual to foster spiritual transformation with targeted interventions.

4. Participate in Campus planning and meetings for alignment to the church program.

5. Provide family life and psychosocial support to mothers and children in collaboration with Integrated Case Workers train mothers on values-based guidance.
