Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
The applicant for the role should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree Education, Child Development, Social Work, Educational Psychology, or related field.
- Training in Child protection and safeguarding is an added advantage.
At least 4-5 years experience in in education programs, child development, or child focused community work.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise the implementation of programme plans for effective service delivery.
2. Coordinate the enrolment of children into suitable partner schools in alignment with the Watoto values and mission.
3. Coordinate access to quality education for all supported children.
4. Monitor academic progress and support interventions to improve learning outcomes.
5. Support in the design of the case management process for mothers and children.
