• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.
• Support the HR team in administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and worker records.
• Help organize and coordinate HR and recruitment projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
• Contribute to worker onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Participate in the development and implementation of workforce policies and procedures.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR and Recruitment teams.
• Assist in maintaining the databases and ensuring all records are up-to-date and confidential.
• Engage in research activities to identify new trends in HR and recruitment practices.
