The Entry Level HR and Recruitment Assistants will support our HR and recruitment functions by assisting in the execution of various HR initiatives and the recruitment process. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about HR, have excellent organizational skills, and are eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication.

• Support the HR team in administering HR-related documentation, such as contracts, letters, and worker records.

• Help organize and coordinate HR and recruitment projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.

• Contribute to worker onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Participate in the development and implementation of workforce policies and procedures.

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR and Recruitment teams.

• Assist in maintaining the databases and ensuring all records are up-to-date and confidential.

• Engage in research activities to identify new trends in HR and recruitment practices.
