- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including students, staff, faculty, and partners.
- Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the Vice Chancellor.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Vice Chancellor.
- Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phones, managing email correspondence, and ordering office supplies.
