Food & Nutrition Lab Assistant (Secondary Section) for Maternity Cover

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Vocational studies with Home Economics in Education (specialising in Food and Nutrition)
  

• At least three years’ experience after graduation with the Bachelor’s degree
  

• Ability to engage students and transmit an enthusiasm for Food & Nutrition
  

• A working knowledge of Google Apps and the confidence to work with IT
  

• Ability to offer an after school extra-curricular activity
  

• Assist in the setting up of Food and Nutrition practical lessons
  
• Assist students in preparing their ingredients e.g. measuring accurately
  
• Supervise students during practical lessons
  
• Help students to follow recipes
  
• Be aware of any possible health and safety issues and act accordingly
