  • Fluent in English, can communicate with CPY/EPcmC engineer face to face.
  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering Disciplines.
  • Proficient in writing English procedure documents and recording MOM.
  • Strong skills in people management, Communication skills and Team work are essential.
  • With rich experience in managing welding, coating or civil work, and able to carry out related work independently.
  • Have a good knowledge of environment protection issues during the construction work.
  • At least ten (10) years of direct experience in Construction activities of which five (5) years must be in managing construction works relating to oil & gas Construction Industry.
  • At least shall have internationally projects experience in construction management, quality management or site coordination for at least 2 client project in Middle East, Europe, USA.

  • Advise and assist management on HSE matters.
  • Ensure development, implementation and updating of written HSE programs and plans.
  • Facilitate internal auditing and support external auditing as per divisional audit schedule and ensure tracking and close out of remedial action.
  • Coordinate accident/injury investigations and lead investigations.
  • Coordinate inspections of project and facility operations and carry out monthly walk-through with site management.
  • Monitor housekeeping programmed to consistently improve its standards.
  • Ensure periodical inspections of various safety and life saving equipment, fire fighting equipment, gas monitors, breathing, apparatus, etc.
  • Liaise with municipalities and other relevant organizations to remain informed of latest safety requirements for area, reporting changes to management.
  • Coordinate HSE training of employees to ensure competency of workforce is maintained as required.
  • Provide HSE statistics and report HSE activities to Divisional HSE Manager, Business Units and Client Representatives.
  • Monitor “STOP” audits and analysis to evolve effective means to improve the observation standards so as to extract optimum benefits out of “STOP”.
  • Observe emergency mock drills and advise the line supervisor regarding proper exercise both in the residential area and work sites.
  • Carry out instructions in relation to other HSE activities as required by the Divisional HSE Manager.
