Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support in the banking sector.
• Experience with desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, and software Installations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols.
• Familiarity with banking software and systems.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and data protection.
