· Must be attending university or have recently graduated (in any field).
· Have a student-focused approach and flexibility to adapt teaching materials and methodologies.
· Must be flexible and able to work in a new and dynamic environment. (both inside and outside the classroom).
· Be able to work with individuals of different beliefs and cultures.
· Be proficient in: Portuguese and English (Japanese or French is a plus, but not essential).
· Have experience as a mentor and/or have taught, especially disadvantaged students or students who come from different cultures (not essential).

· In a classroom: teaching between five to thirty students, class topics will be defined according to the experiences and interests of the trainees.
· In collaboration with other interns, create an academic program focused on student needs.
· Advise students on university options abroad and guide them through the application processes (PEC-G, ENEM, entrance exam).
· Create an engaging extracurricular program to encourage the creation of bonds between students, as well as developing their leadership skills and self-confidence.
