Lecturer - Department of Chemistry

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Teach, examine and grade students;

2. Supervise research for students;

3. Mentor junior staff;

4. Conduct research and community outreach activities;

5. Write proposals for attracting funding to the department;

6. Perform any other official duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Required Qualifications

i. PhD in Chemical Engineering or PhD in Industrial Chemistry;

ii. Masters degree in Chemical Engineering or Masters in Industrial Chemistry;

iii. An honors Bachelors degree in Industrial Chemistry or BSc. Chemical Engineering.
