Manager, Operational Risk Management

Description
The job holder is responsible for the implementation of a sound operational risk management framework and will take charge of risk identification, assessment and mitigation strategies. Ensuring these aspects are embedded into the operations of the Bank in consultation with the Head, Enterprise Risk Management.
Academic:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management: Accounting, Commerce, & Finance or related fields.
Professional:
- Possession of professional qualifications e.g CRM (ISO 31000), PRM, CPA (U), ACCA, CBCI, ACIB, etc would be an added advantage.
Work experience:
- Five (5) years of banking experience with sound exposure to Bank Operations, Regulatory ad Compliance Requirements; at least 3 years of which should be in a Risk, Internal Controls or Audit Functions.
