Experience/Education

1. Minimum of a Bachelors of Commerce/ Bachelors of Business Administration OR any other related field
   
2. Minimum of two(02) years’ experience in Sales, Retailing and Retail operations.
   
3. Other requirements: organization skills, attention to detail, analytical skills.
   

1. Achievement of BU Targets for shop i.e. Turnover, profitability, fees (fixed & variable) for the assigned shops.
   
2. Appropriate management of product display as per the plannogram and ensure that the store adheres to the merchandising standards stipulated by TotalEnergies group.
   
3. Direct supervision of product display and shelving systems as per the plannogram and work with the Shop Category Officer to recommend shop layout changes.
   
4. Implementation of defined product range, width & depth for each category in all shop concepts. The shop should be properly stocked.
   
5. Ensure proper pricing of all products. The recommended prices from suppliers should be respected.
   
6. Responsible for optimizing, with the shop dealer, management of the stocks (avoiding excess inventory and shortages) and space utilization.
   
7. Validation of product stocking, merchandising and display systems.
   
8. Ensure proper documentation is done in the shops i.e. Check the shop DSSR, supplier file, shrinkage book, shop checklist and shop financial statements.
   
9. Enforcement of agreed operating terms as per the Bonjour marketing License agreement and supply terms between the dealers and the company.
   
10. In liaison with the Shop Category Officer, ensure that proper monthly promotions are carried out.
