Monitor - Primary School

The applicant for the role should hold at least a Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Education from a recognised university.

At least two (2) years' experience in a classroom setting.

Training in ACE Supervisor/Monitor or Early Childhood Development methodologies is an added advantage.

Facilitate reading skills development for learners in the ABC class to strengthen foundational literacy.

Maintain accurate attendance records, complete Goal Check Reports, and issue corrective action notices and homework assignments as required.

Prepare and organise tests, new PACEs, and related learning materials; file completed PACEs and tests appropriately.

Recognise learner achievement by preparing congratulatory slips for successfully passed PACE tests.

Ensure cleanliness and organization of the scoring station and learning centre at all times.
