Requirements

Experience:: 4+ years

Job Purpose: The Outlet in Charge Store will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.

2.Ensure customer satisfaction by managing customer complaints and inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming and professional

store environment.

3.Manage inventory levels to ensure that the store has adequate stock on hand at all times, and make recommendations for new

product lines and inventory replenishment.

4.Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, providing training and coaching as needed to ensure that they meet sales targets

and provide excellent customer service.

5.Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management, including sales trends, inventory levels, and

customer feedback.

6.Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store, such as advertising campaigns and promotions.

7.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other store operations.
