ii. Monitor and give technical guidance to Divisions, and lower localgovernment, NGOs and other stakeholders on AgriculturalProduction and agribusiness;

iii. Implementing capacity building plans and programmes forcounties, Divisions, Local Governments, NGOs and otherstakeholders on Agricultural production, value addition andmarketing;

iv. Prepare technical guidelines, booklets and other education andtraining materials on Agriculture production and productivity;

v. Liaising and collaborating with Agriculture Research Institutions

and agencies involved in improving crop production andproductivity;

vi. Liaise with Agricultural Research and extension service institutionsin the generation and dissemination of appropriate croptechnologies to the farming communities in the City;

vii. Collecting, analyzing, packaging and disseminating crop

production data and information to relevant stakeholders; and

viii. Drafting and submitting work plans, budgets and performance

reports to the City Production Officers.
