A Diploma in Environmental Health from a recognized University or
Institution.
A Diploma in Management or Administration from a recognized
University or Institution.
b. Experience:
Should have at least six (6) years working experience, three (3) of which
should be at the level of Senior Health Inspector.

a) Contribute to policy formulation regarding sanitation and hygiene.
b) Provide technical support to Districts and Urban authorities in sanitation and
hygiene related activities.
c) Promote the development of sanitation and hygiene education materials.
d) Support districts to carry out home and environmental improvement
campaigns.
e) Monitor and evaluate environmental sanitation activities.
f) Support development/review of regulations and guidelines on sanitation.
g) Advocate for compliance with regulations and guidelines on sanitation and
hygiene.
h) Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
