Requirements

A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, Commerce, Accounting or Business Statistics or another related field.
Certification in Project Management.
Adept at Financial Technology.
A professional qualification in Banking and Project Management (e.g. Prince2).
7 years’ program management experience in a similar working environment, a banking environment is added advantage.

Manage the different project managers and teams assigned for the implementation of change initiative projects.
Manage the allocated projects to ensure they are delivered on time, scope, and quality within budget and meet the objectives set.
Implement a well-defined project management process or methodology that utilizes appropriate toolsets and a pool of experienced and competent Project Managers.
Team management including undertaking the mandatory performance reviews, adequate staffing and coaching.
Develop and maintain project documentation for reference.
Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards.
Produce consolidated reports, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, and a summary of costs incurred.
Integrate change management activities into project plans to improve the success of projects that are implemented by the Bank.
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change process arising out of Bank projects, process reviews and other change initiatives.
