Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience (Junior level)
  
• BTEC Higher National Diploma, Diploma of Higher Education
  

• Ensures that high quality food standard is maintained
  
• Monitor food sample collection by the laboratory staff and maintain proper records.
  
• Verify quality and safety conditions of all raw materials
  
• Develop and help implement personalized nutrition plans for clients
  
• Offer advice on how to stay healthy and provide support to help clients with their progress.
  
• Oversee the nutrition consultation calendar to ensure efficiency.
  
• Carry out monthly food tests.
  
• Simplify important information to clients and explain the benefits of staying on a healthy diet.
  
• Help establish short and long-term goals.
  
• Support corrective and Preventive nutrition actions implementations
  
• Oversee the food production conditions.
  
• Ensure that you stay updated on the latest nutritional diets and trends
  
• Teach the public and other health specialists about nutrition through articles and group seminars.
  
• Develop nutrition plans while considering the client’s budget and tastes.
  
• To indent for provisions and ensure proper storage and optimum usage.
