Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Masters preferred) with at least 8 years’ experience in fundraising or partnership development.
Proven experience with institutional donors (e.g., USAID, EU, DFID) and strong proposal writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and a commitment to Christian values.

Develop and implement resource mobilization strategies, including grant management and proposal development.

Build partnerships, manage MOUs, and drive donor acquisition and retention.

Organize fundraising events and ensure compliance with donor requirements.

Train teams and prepare reports on funding, partnerships, and project outcomes.
