Risk & Compliance Officer

Risk Identification and Assessment - Proactively identifying potential risks including financial, operational, legal and reputational risk across the Hospital.

Compliance Monitoring - Ensures the Hospital adheres to all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.

Policy Development and Implementation - Developing and implementing risk management and compliance frameworks, policies and procedures.

Risk Mitigation - Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks and ensure compliance.

Auditing and Monitoring - Conducting regular audits and monitoring activities to assess the effectiveness of risk management and compliance programs.

Reporting and Communication - Reporting on compliance issues, risk assessments and mitigation efforts to management and other relevant stakeholders.

Training & Development - Providing training and guidance to employees on risk management and compliance matters.

Staying Updated - Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and industry best practice to ensure the Hospital’s risk management and compliance practices remain current and effective.
