Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields
  • Military/police service experience
  • Qualification in Security management/Strategic management
  • 5 years’ work experience of which at least 3 years relate to investigations


Responsibilities
  • Initiate and update policies, procedures and review the physical security risks faced by the company in order to enforce security policies and procedures

  • Manage security and fire Safety control systems

  • Conduct security audits and initiate risk control measures
  • Ensure Security of people, property and documents of New Vision at any time thus create confidence among staff to work with ease.

  • Communicate to staff all security measures in place that are to be followed and the repercussions thereof to avoid security breaches.

  • Manage the security service providers by carrying out abrupt checks during day, nights and on weekends
