Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Public Administration, Business Administration or related fields
- Military/police service experience
- Qualification in Security management/Strategic management
- 5 years’ work experience of which at least 3 years relate to investigations
Responsibilities
Initiate and update policies, procedures and review the physical security risks faced by the company in order to enforce security policies and procedures
Manage security and fire Safety control systems
- Conduct security audits and initiate risk control measures
Ensure Security of people, property and documents of New Vision at any time thus create confidence among staff to work with ease.
Communicate to staff all security measures in place that are to be followed and the repercussions thereof to avoid security breaches.
Manage the security service providers by carrying out abrupt checks during day, nights and on weekends
