Minimum Ten (10) years relevant work experience of which five (5) should be in supervisory.
Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Public Communication, Public Relations, Mass Communication, Journalism or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines: - Public Communication, Public Relations, Mass
Communication, Journalism or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
Certificate in a Management Course or its equivalent lasting not less than four weeks from a recognized institution;
Be a member of a relevant recognized professional body;
Certificate in computer applications skills from a recognized institution; and
Demonstrate high standard of professional competence and management capabilities as reflected in work performance and results.
