We are looking for someone who can handle the regional sales for the Animal feeds for 2 locations : Nakuru & Mt. Kenya region. Following are the requirements :

- Technical knowledge of animal feeds and must have worked in sales and distribution of animal feeds.

Atleast 8+ years experience in sales and marketing of Animal feeds.


Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who can handle the regional sales for the Animal feeds for 2 locations : Nakuru & Mt. Kenya region. Following are the requirements :

- Technical knowledge of animal feeds and must have worked in sales and distribution of animal feeds.

Atleast 8+ years experience in sales and marketing of Animal feeds.


Roles & responsibilities:

  • Recruit, manage and improve performance of Distributors and Stockists in the allocated region.

  • Carrying out farm trainings/trials in order to achieve desired

    performance levels

  • Visiting top dairy & poultry farms as prospects, getting business

    leads and converting them to customers within the laid down
  • sales process.
    • Following the agreed sales process & ensure that sales team
      follow the sales process to perform agrees performance activities

  • Implementing correct dairy and poultry farming practices in order  to achieve the expected productivity in all farms and convert

    them to BIDCO’S business.

  • Putting up and issuing dairy & poultry marketing collateral in the
    farms as agreed with NSDM

  • Participating in agricultural shows and farmer field days to
    promote dairy products and as directed by the NSDM

  • Independently manages complaints regarding dairy and poultry
    products in line with company procedures

  • Provides information and guidance to farmers about all new
    products of BAL.
  • Gathers information from farmers regarding product performance and gives feedback to the company for improvement, if any

  • Applications submitted via Fuzu have 32% higher chance of getting shortlisted.
