Lizard Earth is a responsible producer and aggregator of organic specialty cocoa and a Sierra Leonean chocolate-maker that protects pristine forests and propels smallholders‘ transition to organic agriculture in climate-smart agro-forestry systems by increasing smallholders’ income opportunities and market access. We are on a mission to put Sierra Leone on the map as a country of origin of ethical, certified premium cocoa. Our team works with 2,500+ smallholder cocoa farmers and cultivates 450 hectares of own agro-forestry cocoa gardens.
