The company has a strong blend of technical and managerial expertise in the field of transportation, water and sanitation, structural engineering, renewable energy, electrical and mechanical engineering including diagnosis, planning, design, bidding and supervision works. The firm is to this date, a limited liability company with the majority shares held by the professional Engineers of the firm. The firm is owned and managed by its directors and is independent of commercial organizations. The company is a member of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC), through the Association of the Consulting Engineers of Kenya (ACEK). In order to broaden the scope of the services available to its clients, and to have the benefit of international experience, the firm maintains associations with large international consulting groups. These associations, secured by either long term or ad hoc agreements, provide, inter alia, for technical co-operation, interchange of staff and joint-venture activities, and they expose Runji Consulting Group to considerable experience and the latest developments in the industry. At the regional level, we maintain a close working relationship with our associated firms in Tanzania, Kampala, Uganda and Ethiopia.
