• Calibrate the machine before the production begins

• Set up machine for each production cycle

• Control and adjust machine settings

• Clean and check the machine

• Monitor and control the machine performance settings

• Fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.

• Keep an updated database on all of the machine’s information, defective units and final products.

• Regularly submit performance reports, and maintain activity log

• Recommend and suggest best possible production cycle outcome based on machine capacity
