Job Description: Reporting to the Medical Director this position is responsible for providing operational leadership, planning in the development, implementation, and coordination of quality improvement programs, standards, compliance. This includes 1. Development, implementation, and coordinate quality improvement programs, plans 2. Assessing the compliance to accreditation standards, local and international regulatory standards through conducting regular audits and checks 3. Qualifications: Applicants must be in possession of a Degree in Nursing with a Masters in Healthcare Systems Management ,training in quality systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams and implementation of health care safety system such as JCIA, COHSASA or Safe Care The position requires active knowledge of management of quality improvement processes and programmes , excellent communication and organization skills , attention to details and focus on customer experience. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 6 years cumulative experience in a busy hospital environment and additional 3 years experience leading quality implementation.
