Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years specifically in solar energy products or electrical distribution especially in the coastal region Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems: panels, inverters, batteries (lithium/AGM), charge controllers, and BOS components.
- Experience in team leadership and staff management.
- Familiarity with brands such as Huawei, Jinko Solar, Deye, Schneider Electric, or Sie- mens is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with basic ERP or POS systems is an added ad- vantage.
- Well versed with the Coastal area added advantage
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
