Requirements
- Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, Civil Engineering or an equivalent field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive operational experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience leading fiber rollout teams and managing multiple deployment sites.
- Strong technical understanding of fiber installation, splicing, testing, commissioning and network infrustructure deployment

Requirements
- Develop and implement fibre network expansion strategies, rollout plans, budgets, and capacity forecasts.
- Manage fibre deployment projects from planning and design through implementation, testing, and commissioning
- Oversee technical operations, ensuring quality installation, network performance, and compliance with engineering standards.
- Manage contractors, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, SLAs. and KPIs
- Ensure compliance with telecommunications regulations, quality standards, health and safety, and environmental requirements.
- Manage project budgets, control expenditure, and ensure efficient utilisation of resources and materials.
- Lead, supervise, and develop rollout teams, driving performance, accountability, and technical capacity building.
- Coordinate stakeholders, secure necessary approvals and permits, and provide regular project progress reports to management.
