Your Mission

Own the full tender lifecycle from opportunity to submission and follow up.

Identify opportunities, analyse requirements, write proposals, ensure compliance and submit winning bids.

This is not just writing. This is winning contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end tenders across UN and NGO platforms
  

• Write high quality proposals, methodologies and capability statements
  

• Ensure full compliance with all requirements
  

• Coordinate with procurement, pricing and operations teams
  

• Maintain templates and submission libraries
  

Performance

• Handle multiple tenders under tight deadlines
  

• Deliver high quality, compliant submissions
  

• Meet deadlines and improve win rates
  

Requirements

• Proven UN, NGO or Government tender experience
  

• Ability to manage the full process independently
  

• Strong writing and compliance knowledge
