Required qualifications:

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • At least two (2) years of experience in at least two or more HR functions (e.g., staffing, performance management, employee relations, benefits, onboarding, compliance, training, or payroll).
  • Two (2) years of administrative experience, including document control and record-keeping.
  • One (1) year of experience working with a multi-national workforce with diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and to address employee needs effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong critical thinking, report development, and problem-solving skills with proven attention to detail and accuracy.


Job Responsibilities:

Provide technical and administrative support for employee lifecycle processes, including:

  • New hire actions
  • Transfers
  • Promotions
  • Terminations
  • Demobilizations
  • Process and maintain personnel action forms and employee records within the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensure employee data is accurate, complete, and updated in a timely manner.
  • Create, organize, and maintain personnel files in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and audit standards.
  • Support HR documentation, reporting, and recordkeeping requirements.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
  • Provide guidance regarding company procedures, workplace expectations, and conflict resolution processes.

Assist with employee relations investigations by:

Gathering information

Documenting findings

Maintaining investigation records

Supporting follow-up actions

  • Promote a positive workplace culture focused on respect, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Support workforce planning activities and organizational staffing needs.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies and communicate requirements clearly to an international workforce.
  • Schedule and coordinate employee training programs.
  • Develop and monitor HR metrics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for employee programs and initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
  • Support implantation of HR process improvements in coordination with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and other HR initiatives assigned by the HR manager or leadership team.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position.
