Description
We are looking for a young and dynamic person for a position of Assistant Executive in our Kaizen Promotion office at our factory in Nakuru.
The Basic eligibilities are as under.
Minimum Qualification-FORM FOUR MEAN GRADE C AND ABOVE
Age- Below 30 years
Experience- 1 to 2 years preferred with any manufacturing process
Knowledge of Kaizen Methodology – TWI (JI,JR,JM), 5S, Autonomous Maintenance will be an added advantage.
Should be proficient in Computer application with Sound knowledge of MS word, Excel, Power point,
Self Driven, Confident and ready to accept the Challenges
Should be having the leadership, Team building and decision making capabilities
Should be having effective verbal and non verbal communication skills
Should be able to motivate and lead the team
Should be able to overcome the problems positively even in adverse and stressful conditions
Should be analytical, innovative and creative with a ability to handle the problems with SMART approach.
Responsibilities
1) To Support the Production Teams by ensuring the efficient utilization of all the improvement tools already in place
2) To monitor all the internal and external Training and developmental activities and assess the
progress and effects of the training.
3) To maintain and update all the relevant data for all the training and developmental activities and present before the management whenever and wherever needed.
4) To monitor the various improvement projects going on in the various departments, Guide, facilitate and support the projects. Also to help the projects in achieving their goals using Kaizen (Improvement) tools and techniques.
5) To monitor all the developmental activities, Kaizen and DWM (Daily work Management) activities.
6) To ensure that the 5S and safety guidelines are being followed in all the departments.
7) To evaluate and analyze the problems related to Man, Machine, Method, Material and Market by using Management and Kaizen tools.
8) To check regularly the equipment control ledgers and other supportive formats required for data analysis. To maintain and update machine run hours and production data, and help department to generate MIS.
9) To coordinate with the KPO team, Production Teams, Maintenance Teams, Support departments & HR on daily basis on all the developmental activities.
10) To coordinate and support the production teams in achieving their set targets for production, quality and wastages.
11) To help the management to prepare a positive and productive work environment where each and every individual is aligned towards Vision, Mission and Common Goal of the organization
12) To help the departments to eliminate all the non Value adding activities-Muda, Muri and Mura.
13) To work closely with the departments for continual improvement in productivity, quality ,machine conditions &O.E.E.(Overall Equipment Efficiency)
14) To maintain and update all the company policies with proper documentation, Display and follow ups
15) To Perform any other responsibilities assigned by people placed above you.
