We are seeking a qualified and proactive Lead Chemist & Quality Control Officer to oversee quality control activities, product formulation, fibre characterization, purification processes, and certification compliance within our manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong chemistry background, hands-on experience in quality control and process management, and the ability to work independently while ensuring high product quality standards.

Requirements

· Degree in Chemistry or a related field.

· Experience in quality control and laboratory operations.

· Experience in product formulation and process optimization.

· Knowledge of quality assurance systems and certification requirements.

· Understanding of sustainability concepts and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices.

· Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
