Description
Your Profile
- Knowledgeable with the basic PLC management (Siemens / Allen Bradley / Mitsubishi / Fanuc Robot / B&R / Schneider).
- Knowledgeable on Pneumatics, reading electrical diagrams, mechanical drawings and line layout.
- Consolidated technical background on Mechatronics / Electromechanical
- Able to travel (up to 90% in international environment)
- 3 years working experience in related field activities
- Experience in the beverage industry or equivalent
- Knowledge of Sidel Portfolio is a plus (Overwrapping, Packer, Palletizer, Depalletizer or similar)
- Knowledge of the process machinery down streams SIDEL equipment.
- Graduate of Mechatronics Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Execute Mechanical, Electrical works and Automation troubleshooting (e.g. cable wiring, Mechanical installation & adjustment, PLC program logical analysis)
- Operate on Mechanical systems and HMI for regular activities and troubleshooting as per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Operate on Electro Mechanical systems and HMI for regular activities and troubleshooting as per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plant, based on technical, contractual and safety specifications,
- Properly handle, check and transfer equipment non-conformities
- Submit regularly the working time and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities
- Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction
- Perform activities in line with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules and customer rules
- Report after sales opportunities detected on Customer site
