QUALIFICATIONS: ACADEMIC & PROFESSIONAL
- Registered and licensed with the Nursing Council of Kenya
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognised University KRCHN preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and procedures.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
Responsibilities

- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the physician.
- Educate patients and families about their condition, treatment plan, and self-care instructions..
- Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control and safety protocols.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
