Educational Background and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, IT specializing in data management/information management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of NGO work experience, preferably as an Information Management Officer, MEAL Officer, or M&E Officer.
- Experience with data sharing, management, and analysis supporting policy formulation and implementation.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or similar tools for pivot tables, graphs, and charts creation.

Responsibility 1: Information Management Systems Implementation and Integration
- Implement, exploit, and develop information management systems including mobile data collection, databases, visualization tools/dashboards, geographic information systems (GIS), and indicator production.
- Archive data sets and ensure coherence and integration of these systems according to the Information Management (IM) policy and framework.
Responsibility 2: Data Quality Assurance and Compliance
- Train teams responsible for data collection and processing (both within the organization and with partners).
- Establish procedures for quality control and information flow definition.
- Ensure adherence to internal data management standards.
- Facilitate data transfer exercises between headquarters and field offices.
Mission 2: Operational Implementation
Responsibility 1: Support Operational Teams with Data Analysis and Utilization
- Generate visualizations and analyses of statistics as per project and program requirements.
- Assist operational teams in interpreting data for decision-making.
- Disseminate data internally and externally using appropriate communication formats.
Responsibility 2: Ensure Protection of Beneficiary Personal Data
- Conduct impact analyses of data protection on programs.
- Coordinate implementation of operational procedures and action plans to reinforce data protection.
- Train/sensitize program teams on data protection best practices.
- Ensure security of databases.
Responsibility 3: Contribution to External Representation and Promotion
- Represent HI's IM expertise in relevant networks within the geographical area of intervention.
Mission 3: Emergency Preparedness and Response
- Contribute to the program's emergency preparedness actions.
