The purpose of this evaluation is to assess the projects and impact on the livelihoods condition of the 303 targeted households and educational development for 548 (287Boys and 261) ECD learners and 84(38 Boys and 46 girls) Kapsita secondary school learners.

This evaluation will reflect on the implementation period of the project from 2023 to 2026, assessing against the OECD DAC criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact to the communities and sustainability of the project gains. The findings from the evaluation should also incorporate gender mainstreaming and disability inclusion.
