Content Analyst & Social Media Operations Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented operator who can manage content execution at scale while using data to improve performance.

This role sits at the intersection of content, analytics, and operations. You will support creators and editors by ensuring content is published, tracked, and continuously optimized.

What You Will Do

• Manage and execute content calendars across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  

• Schedule and publish high volumes of content using tools such as Meta Business Suite
  

• Track performance metrics (views, engagement, reach, CPC where applicable)
  

• Analyze content performance and identify patterns in what works
  

• Support paid campaign tracking and basic optimization
  

• Work closely with content creators and editors to improve output based on data
  

• Maintain consistency in posting, formatting, and brand guidelines
  

• Engage with audiences (comments, DMs) where required
