Description
Education & Certification
- Minimum KCSE D+ or equivalent.
- Valid driving license (Classes B, C & E) or equivalent.
- Valid AA Driving Certificate or equivalent defensive driving certification.
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate.
Experience
- Minimum 4 years of proven professional driving experience, preferably in an NGO, donor-funded, or corporate environment.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan road networks, especially field/rural routes.
- Excellent understanding of road safety regulations and defensive driving techniques.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- High attention to detail in record keeping and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage long-distance travel safely.
- High integrity, reliability, and accountability.
