As we continue expanding our footprint and modernising our operations, we are looking for a professional, disciplined, and safety-focused Driver to join our Fleet & Logistics team.

Responsibilities
Your Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will:
• Safely deliver eggs and egg
products to customers across assigned routes.
• Ensure timely, accurate
deliveries.
• Protect fragile products and
minimise breakages.
• Represent Isinya Eggs
professionally at every customer touchpoint.
• Maintain high vehicle care and
compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Transportation & Delivery
• Operate company vehicles safely
in compliance with NTSA regulations and the Kenya Traffic Act.
• Follow assigned routes and
delivery schedules.
• Ensure 100% delivery accuracy.
• Obtain signed Proof of Delivery
(POD).
Product Handling
• Handle eggs carefully to minimise
losses (target breakage ≤ 2%).
• Verify quantities at dispatch and
delivery.
• Ensure proper stacking and load
security.
Vehicle Care
• Conduct daily vehicle checks.
• Monitor fuel usage.
• Report mechanical issues
immediately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
Safety & Compliance
You must maintain:
• Valid Kenyan E-Combination
Driving Licence.
• Clean driving record.
• Valid Certificate of Good
Conduct.
• Valid National ID.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate
(where required).
• Compliance with NTSA and company
safety policies.
Minimum Requirements
• KCSE Certificate (minimum D+preferred).
• Minimum 3 years’ commercialdriving experience (FMCG/logistics preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan roadnetworks.
• High integrity andaccountability.
• Ability to lift and handle eggtrays.
• Willingness to work earlymornings and Saturdays where required.
