i. Preparing cheques and posting payments and receipts;

ii. Contacting clients about invoices and handling queriesrelating to accounts;

iii. Verifying payments and receipt vouchersand committal documents;

iv. Movement and safe custody of cash;

v. Data capture, filing and maintaining ledgers;

vi. Maintaining financial records;

vii. Preparing budget estimates, accounts and management reports;and

viii. Supporting audits and reconciliation.
