Accounts Assistant

Key Requirements:

• A Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Completed CPA Part 3.
  
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  
• A team player with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  

Responsibilities:

• Capture verified financial transactions, post journal entries and keep ledgers updated.
  
• Ensure tax compliance through accurate application of withholding tax, VAT, WHVAT and rent withholding.
  
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of vendor statements against the company's payable ledger.
  
• Maintain impeccable documentation management by following the established filing system.
  
• Ensure audit readiness by providing necessary documentation, schedules and required explanations during internal and external auditors' periodic reviews.
  
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of all assigned key performance indicators.
