AI LEAD

DigitalQatalyst is seeking an experienced and innovative AI Lead to drive the design, development, deployment, and adoption of Artificial Intelligence solutions across the organization. The successful candidate will own the AI strategy, lead intelligent systems initiatives, establish best practices for AI governance and MLOps, and drive measurable business impact through automation and advanced analytics.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership capability to build scalable AI solutions and foster AI adoption across teams.

• Define and own the organization's AI strategy, architecture, and capability roadmap.
  
  
• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Model (LLM), and Generative AI solutions.
  
  
• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into products, business systems, and operational workflows.
  
  
• Identify automation opportunities and drive intelligent process transformation initiatives.
  
  
• Establish and maintain MLOps practices, model monitoring frameworks, and AI governance standards.
  
  
• Drive AI adoption, enablement, and capability development across business functions.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
  
  
• Develop documentation, frameworks, standards, and reusable AI assets to support scalability and continuity.
  
  
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovations that align with organizational goals.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, ethical AI, and governance requirements.
  
  

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  
  
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on AI/ML experience.
  
  
• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership, ownership, or project lead capacity.
  
  
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
  
  
• Experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI applications, and intelligent systems.
  
  
• Practical knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, version control, and AI governance.
  
  
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI/OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
  
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  
  
• Excellent communication and documentation capabilities.
