Description
This is a project-based/hourly, production-focused role.
Each project will begin with a creative brief from our team outlining the objective, messaging,
creative direction, examples, specifications, and deliverables.
From there, your responsibility is to take that direction and execute.
This is intentionally a very transactional workflow. We are looking for someone who can
independently produce exceptional AI-generated video assets with minimal supervision.
Most
communication will revolve around clarifying the brief (if needed), delivering completed work,
and making revisions based on team feedback.

project to the next, you'll thrive in this role.
Requirements
● Extensive experience creating videos using AI-powered creative platforms.
● Deep knowledge of platforms such as, but not limited to: Veo, Runway, Kling, Pika, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, and other emerging AI creative tools.
● Exceptional prompt engineering skills with the ability to consistently generate high-quality creative output.
● Outstanding attention to detail.
● Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, editing, sound design, and commercial advertising.
● Ability to interpret creative briefs and execute without requiring extensive oversight.
● Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
● Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced production environment.
● Ability to learn new AI software quickly as the industry continues to evolve.
● Strong written communication skills for discussing revisions and project updates.
● Produce high-quality AI-generated video advertisements based on detailed creative
briefs.
● Utilize leading AI creative platforms to create compelling video content for paid
advertising campaigns.
● Translate creative direction into polished, performance-focused videos while maintaining
the intended messaging and objectives.
● Generate AI video, voiceovers, motion graphics, imagery, sound effects, and supporting
creative assets.
● Follow project specifications with exceptional attention to detail.
● Deliver completed projects on time while maintaining consistent production quality.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and
deadlines.
● Incorporate revisions quickly and accurately based on team feedback.
● Continuously explore and adopt new AI workflows, models, and tools that improve
creative quality and production speed.
● Maintain organized project files and workflows for efficient revisions and asset delivery.
